After talking to IRA finance group, the advise was potentially starting LLC a in those other locations and partnering with my SDIRA and then when I move creating a C Corp to umbrella them.I think I may be over Complicating the process, but I don’t want to get hit with taxes and want to protect myself and use some of my retirement investments to get going and play with my cash simultaneously Incase I can li find employment and this thing turns truly full time (tracking notes, liens, getting my broker license, etc). 

If your deals bring in regular ADDED INCOME to the budget, you are on the right track.

Then you will have a track record of winning and losing.

Building a relationship and track record with a bank like this is huge.

My guess is there are many variables from bank to bank and I'm in the process of tracking down different banks to ask these questions but wanted to get feedback from all of the very good looking people here at BP while I'm at it.

My advice is to read the business journals and keep track of future developments plans.

When the lead dust transfers on your clothes, you’ll be tracking it around everywhere which will only sicken everybody else.
