I've decided, starting off, that I'd like to try renting apartments in my current market (Jacksonville, Florida) then furnishing them and offering them to traveling professionals on AirBNB and/or furnished finder.

I talked to 2 property management companies who I should rent the house out to one tenant/one household (e.g a couple or family).

Despite the small town feel, lots of research companies, an Amazon warehouse close by along with high paying science, tech, research jobs and even Costco is now building here.
