@John Spina jr From my experience, going the conventional route with a property that will need approx 20k in renovations is a difficult process.

Currently in the process but it looks as if my name and not the LLC is being listed on loan disclosures. 

The eviction process will be laid out in the local rules. 

I like the feedback tho, I am in the process of trying to figure something out of what to do in the middle of the whole logo as it is very dull and looks really open. 

So it will be a longer process for me to do it but I'm happy to see that you were able to do it!
