-Hotel investment banking, debt/equity placement, commercial brokers - the debt lenders, some can help with equity placement but this is more difficult.

I am thinking that I would find out precisely how each lender wants to see the loan package put together, and guide my buyer in doing so.

All the companies offer pretty much the same fee structure, whereby I would pay a management fee, leasing fee, tenant placement fee, maintenance fee, etc, with each company offering varying prices.

If it makes it easier, I'll handle the tenant placement but need someone to manage the property. 12 month lease, 1 month security deposit, only thing that changes from a standard arrangement in my mind is collecting rent might be a little different (more payments).One PM has already said he wouldn't, does anyone know one that would?
