What seemed impossible a year ago has come to fruition, and it's the small steps you are taking now that will lead you on your journey. 

Probably a good one to pass on as a 1st deal but want to be able to take the next step....next time.

I haven't applied for a loan through them yet but I've gone through the preliminary steps.

Lack of good paying jobs don’t allow for much home ownership and most rentals are so run down they practically need gutted, and most renters can only afford Section 8.

Congrats on taking your first step in REI and creating a plan for your future.

Someone might be interested in one rate for 12 months and then a stepped up rate for the next 6 months, but putting that out there upfront would send a message of concern to me as a lender.

I know my local area though and those rules are the very basic first step to qualify a closer look.
