I try to open all of the channels of communication....phone call, facetime, text, whatsapp, etc.....some of my contractors are great at communicating while others I have to initiate the communication, which is ok with me ( I understand that some people may be more quiet than others).

If you want to target displaced families for example start making connections with insurance companies.

The problem with PMBs (Private Mail Boxes) is if the company goes out of business or you wish to use a different option USPS doesn't allow you to forward your mail out of a PMB address.

So you should have a flipping arm to your REI company.
