I just had a perfect case of a flipper sabotaging a deal and potentially ruining a market. 

I'm perfectly fine with paying less taxes, but my concern is my ability to cash out refinance my rentals and buy a personal residence this year. 

So, I think this would be the perfect strategy to solve both of our problems!

Also, the listing states: "Forced Air, Oil" and the oil part of that gives me pause; it usually means oil tanks in the basement, and some insurers are picky about tanks as a hazard. 

That's a perfectly good reason to deny.

Wifey has found a brand new neighborhood right on the edge of the town limits (no town taxes), in the absolute PERFECT school district for our kids (2.5 years and 6 months) and on top of that a family friend is the RE Agent selling the neighborhood.
