I'm quite positive a government agency is not going to deal directly with the public without an agent being in the middle to handle the paperwork.

That gives the lender a cut of the profit rather than a fixed interest rate.Probably want to find a good real estate attorney to set up the paperwork.

I would chalk it up to a typo or mistake in paper work, move on and be happy about it as it may have turned off several investors who wouldnt't consider a two bedroom as a matter of policy.

What I see in your proposal is a bunch of needless paperwork that will cost you thousands of dollars a year to maintain the entities with no tangible benefit to you tax or otherwise. 

That same week I start getting intent to accelerate letters and letters from an attorneys office in ATL.Long story a bit shorter:They have added $2600 in fees to each of these accounts that they say will site there the life of the loan and must be paid.Keep in mind, my other 4 mortgages and these two WERE current as I have never made a late payment (not over 30 at least)I have all paperwork and the western union where they refused payment.My local branch manager finally straightened it all out but they will not remove the fees!
