Hello, I purchased an STR for my first investment property for $725k and 20% down = $160kish after taxes at closingcosmetic fixes, repairs and and new appliances plus furniture $70K(I think this killed me a bit)house valuation after closing was $750Kcurrently all in $230Kafter monthly avg income I take home ~1,500k/monthcurrent comps in the area are $850k and upwhen can I refinance my str to get my money out so I can do a new/better deal. do I have to wait a full year to refinance or can I do it now

There were broken water pipes, broken heat pipes, ceiling and floor damage, carpet damage, furniture damage, etc, costs $46,000.If they had hot air heat, they could have turned the water off and drained the lines and would have had little or no damage.We often use a plumber to winterize, they drain the lines and blow out all the lines with compressed air and put RV antifreeze, non toxic in all the drains and toilets.

i got in a company called BLINK as a start up. they are owned by Amazon now. i love my systems they work off of WiFi. the cameras are completely wireless the single AA battery lasts about a year and they have indoor and outdoor versions.
