So a Corporation, ie “C Corp,” or a LLC can elect to be taxed as a S Corp in which the owners need to be payed a reasonable salary and the rest of the profits are passed through (I believe as dividends).

And once the death count really rises, it will appear that the social distancing shutdown is not working because of the high number of deaths, even if in reality a significant number of lives are being saved.I can foresee a situation where people in at risk groups are isolated and the rest of the country is back to more normal economic activity.
