I feel like I am starting to be able to speak the language of RE now and as with any profession, that's always important.

But those you can get for cheap or free usually need some additional language to help you out.

It is VERY wise to have a PLAIN language disclosure in any real estate deal when the parties are perceived to have an imbalance of power.

If your not a programer already and very proficient with two or more languages then I wouldn’t even consider it.

When working with realtors, is it ok for a realtor to use my purchase agreement or are they mandated to use their official state contract?
