Occasionally you can find a nice DG store but maybe only 10% of the time.

"Occasionally" read the meters and resolve any over or under payment on the tenant's next rent payment or move out statement.It's been working well for us - we get tenants paying the utilities, we don't have any sub metering fees, and almost never have to go there to read meters.Good luck!  

You need TP or dish washing soap or or or not to mention the regular maintenance stuff that happens.

Therefore, you have to be able to tolerate the smell of animal urine occasionally. :)

I occasionally buy house that are underwater and make it into a money making deal for me so I wouldn't give up on making money on this one just yet.   

The other 2 times every dish in the house is dirty, things are strewn all over the place, and it's a general mess. 

I opened an account with a bank at which they would deposit, and so the proceeds were more regular...but the statement that used to come with the check now only occasionally arrives via email.An example is following Hurricane Matthew, I have had no feedback as to the status of my property.
