I was nervous once I signed because I realized it's my responsibility to pay for it but just a little patience and everything is going according to plan.

Has anyone ever used money from their 401k to jumpstart their real estate investment company, I'm a little nervous about using retirement money?

I'm nervous to share this, for fear of being scolded :) and also remember i'm a *NOOB* , but this is a sample that I've actually had positive response to....I'm not sure how risky it is to actually put a dollar amount offer in the letter, but in each case that I used this I've had a response and the owner understood that my offer was tentative and not solid.

Most recently my 15yr old son was nervous to ask a girl out, he feared she would say no.

I guess what makes me nervous is if multiple ones come back and accept and then I have to figure out how to get them all to work.

I've always been nervous about downloading those files..there's something on that page that warns you may need some specific data base tools to be able to open and use the files.
