U can hire folks  you see those rubber hoses across the road attached to a little box.. thats how they used to do it.I bet now its just a camera and wifi..

I am also a broker so not all agents will mess up deals but sometimes the ones who work with big box companies cannot get around even the smallest issues because of corporate policy or inexperience.

So I have that box checked.Cash reserves, Here it gets a little tricky for me. 

I noticed UHaul appears to be going "all in" on the U-Box.  

Spend the time to track the rents correctly, get a PO Box for rent, get 2-3 handymen close by, have them send you pictures of any work done, focus on mitigating vacancy & turnover.
