I prefer to keep them all on 1 lease as a group to make it simple to keep track of, as well as the peer pressure for everyone to pay their part of the rent. 

Granted, the website was always secondary to their mobile-first webframe-in-an-app approach, but load issues continue to mount, compromising my ability to perform basic functions within the site/app. 

I'd put up a construction fence with several big and clear "NO TRESPASSING" signs.Then I'd wire motion sensor flood lights in the front and back out the home, out of reach.And last I'd pay a security company to mount a camera out front.

I do have control of my money because  i dont have  the pressure to rent them out to pay a mortgage , i rather own what i have that have what i owe.

No pressure, come and go as you please.

But investors tend to buy multiple properties over the years, so there's no pressure to make sure the agent gets paid for that one particular deal. 

If you are feeling pressured, take a few months before you decided to make another purchase. 

Theres some pressure from the hotel lobby, one of the reasons I like Carolina beach is the town started taking a tax on it, they get addicted to that revenue very quickly, and it’s not going away.
