Unless you get lucky with your social media marketing and find a competent unrepresented buyer and you both can figure out how to complete all of the state required and legally required residential documents, which are not difficult, but it would take time and trial and error to complete correctly.

someone in another thread mentioned that they used cheap water shutoff valves under their sinks, leading to them breaking several years later when he tried to shut off the water. obviously that was a mess, and it would have been better to buy higher quality valves to begin with.on the other side of the coin, when I remodeled my primary last year, I wanted black outlet and switch covers. instead of buying 25-35 of them at $4 a pop, I bought a $10 can of spray paint, and painted the white ones.

If that's the case $20 bucks and approx 4 screws and you're done.If the heating element is exposed and doesn't show to be burnt out you can use a voltage meter at the contact points of the element and also in the outlet.
