I'd love to hear some of you opinions of specific areas that you invest in/see a rise in.I'll be coming out to town for the month of March to view and hopefully purchase a few properties and I'm looking to start finding some boots on the ground!

Having to evict an inherited tenant can be tricky... especially with the current eviction moratorium in place until the end of March (could possibly be extended as well), meaning those tenants can just sit and not pay for quite a while and it might be difficult and costly to finally get them out.
