I have heard many of the podcasts, read many articles on how to find, fund, and manage deals.

Hi Renee,I manage and own several STR's in Adams County. 

I am looking for out of state investment due to low entry capital and a renovated property with property management.

I ended up starting a property management company since most of my clients were investors buying rental properties in Austin, and now I primarily help other investors purchase their investments, and manage them. 

This is a huge challenge even for us, a medium-size Property Manager.  

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

My property manager says that we are already getting the best rates for our area.

We received recommendations for the lender, insurance, and property management, and the team worked efficiently to close the deal on time.

All money would stay in the company for repairs, management, buying new properties, and paying taxes if necessary.
