Hello I'm interested in learning about and possibly getting started in real estate investing.Lisa Hill 

I've been doing research for the past couple weeks and i think i'm going to start investing in mobile homes, mainly because i do not have a large amount of start-up money and they seem to be somewhat simpler than the other paths of real estate investment (If you think that last statement isn't true please speak your mind). 

In the US Wall St. bankers are doing great but a poll last year showed that half of Main St.

Then we had a "flood" from where the hose in the back of the fridge had busted and my daughters room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, hallways closet and my bedroom closet all had water under carpets and the came and vacuumed, twice and i have work orders for that then lastly i went to go get a pair of shoes i hadn't wore in a week or two and there was mold all over my shoes in the closet!

I am meeting with him Thursday to discuss some more details..Without some main components can I get some thoughts/advice on this deal?

Ask around you may have some luck but it is my understanding that the main sales point for getting someone to wholesale their house is a quick close.  

It appears that the prohibitions' main purpose is to ensure that virtually all commissions are kept in Kentucky.

It was a very interesting experience.I'm now exiting the service and I have two main goals going forward.

This is a great idea but I think main problem is how to find an inspection services or your city inspectors who are willing to go to China to inspect in every necessary phases.

And I plan to do a project like this each year (or 2)I'm here to read and learn about experiences from you all around the world, and also get advices even if laws are differents in each country, main business is the same.I travel often in USA so maybe one day I will start investing there :)Hope to get in touch with many interesting people here
