Better to pay more and buy property where people actually want to live.

I currently live in California but I own 3 single family homes and a 6 plex all in Maryland …all of these were purchased between 1-4 years ago.

We may also want to sell this property after living in it as our primary residence for 2 years.

We live outside of the metro Atlanta area in the expanding town of Dacula.We joined the Bigger Pockets because we are totally new to real estate and would like to reclaim our time and do some of the things we’d like to do as empty nesters.

Cons: we live 7 hours away from the property and would have to find a property manager.
