You just need a leasing agent to find you a tenant and have them send you email money transfer if in Canada or one of those many payment apps if in US. 

Whenever those articles come out about how high the average cost of raising a child has become, my first thought is always, "Stop buying iPhones for your twelve-year-olds and it won't be that bad." 

Also, during this time, you are in essence "working for free" while you show the unit, run apps, keep an eye on the property, and sign the new lease.

Last month on paper, this month I used an app on the iPad (OneTap).

Here are some grass roots1) I posted cameras and a few flood lights which last roughly 3 weeks before the lights stopped working and cameras actually disappeared ( they were connected to an app but unfortunately it didn’t record the incident ) 2) after tons of pressure on the cops they finally have installed a camera right in front of the property but the activity didn’t reduce, if anything has increased drastically. 3) I have been self reporting these incidents to the authority, instead of helping they raided the house and gave me 10 points for nuisance.

Lastly download the meetup app and start going to local events because they can be great to tell people what you are looking for and to build your network.

Having the newest iPhone, or paying for 500 channels worth of cable tv + the NFL package isn't spending money to make money.Investing funds back into your business so that it can grow, or buying your first rental property are examples of spending money to make money, consumerist centric spending on the other hand is just spending.
