How to find Wholesalers and Properties off the MLS in NC Triad?

Hi all, we have purchased our first property and just completed the rehab to make it rent-ready. We are looking to finance the second, but unfortunately are having trouble finding another that needs primarily cosmetic repairs or a turn-key that would be perfect. Does anyone have any advice on finding more turn-key properties or finding wholesalers who can help with this?
