.- I was able to be interviewed by Lisa Phillips and had my first ever YouTube video.- I met my business partner Mehran as well as a whole bunch of other people including 1 from Canada (Dominika) who I've partnered with and a realtor (Ramon) and another investor I worked with to find my first ever off-MLS deal.- I've gotten to use my personal blog to write silly poetry about being a landlord!
