However, oftentimes those fees include expenses that you'd be paying anyway, like cable and internet, which can easily be $200 a month on their own.

However, there are delays when making entries because it's dependent on internet connection and a browser.With the desktop version, all actions are immediate since the app is on your computer.

We had a few that didn't qualify who had hoped to get out of the city & they also mentioned their respective rents were being raised much higher.For a couple of the more expensive apartments we throw in access to our high speed internet as the tenants work from home.

In addition, I plan to furnish the common areas, pay for the utilities and internet, and pay a maid to come in twice a month to clean.
