The cubic foot limit is an interesting one as you could have a pretty dramatic effect on that quantity by manipulating floor to floor heights and roof pitches, seems as though it would encourage more cramped spaces to get the building in under the limit.

ThanksUnless you have the cash to take down properties on the market you will have to become an expert on the space and the market and go directly to the sellers but you need  to know what your doing and how to talk to them as most sellers are getting contacted by several investors and brokers.
