Commercial Real Estate Refinance

At the end of 2019, I closed on two retail spaces in a small mountain skin town ( one houses my boutique - the other is a rental space). I refinanced my personal properties with my small local bank, used owner financing and took a personal loan to do this. Basically it was a beg, borrow & steal situation. It was a very long road ( over 6 months ). The dust is finally settling on the whole process, and I would love to refinance using the commercial property as collateral. I would greatly appreciate any advice as to my best path forward. SBA loan? Online Lenders? Thanks in advance! Hope today is a great one!
