I went to the Sheriff Sale last month, that was a pretty good eye opener and really sort of put my expectations in check.

As a landlord, I know the biggest headaches I face is when I have to turn and show a unit, so maybe catching one at that point will yield a deal from someone who is "sick of it"

Seems like a really good deal but the catch is they all share 1 private well.
