Finding a Duplex in 2020
I'm currently in search of my first property I've been looking for a duplex but I'm having a hard time finding one I've been consistently looking on the MLS, Facebook, Craigslist and driving for dollars. Anyone have any tips that could help me on my search? Thank you!

I would attend REIA, Investor meetups, talk with agents.
You can also try direct mail, Zillow.
Lastly, although I have not tried it. Call "for rent" signs. As a landlord, I know the biggest headaches I face is when I have to turn and show a unit, so maybe catching one at that point will yield a deal from someone who is "sick of it"
