Use your imagination for the purpose of creating a new vision and remember your goals more often than your woes.  

Imagine having an open house on a warm sunny day and all the surrounding houses have grass two feet tall in their yards!

I can't imagine what will happen when the real tax fix for CPS is addressed plus The City of Chicago fix, the Park District's fix, Cook County's fix, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District's fix and the state and all the other local units of government all trying to make up for their skipped pension payments. 

But being a newbie you could imagine I have tons.

I can only start to imagine what all I'm not telling myself.  

So at least I'm not imagining things!

A few weeks later, I met the woman who would become my wife, and my life changed in a way I couldn't have imagined.

I have zero experience in wholesale/real estate in general but I imagine if there are just a few years back taxes, and no liens on this property, then it seems like they might be motivated to sell.  

I am finding that there are more resources here than I imagined.

I don't want to, or imagine I could, replicate or replace BP.
