I have attended meetup groups, but based on my experience it doesn't seem like I am taken serious. 

There’s a big difference in the prospective tenants – families, groups of roommates, professionals, friends straight out of college.  

Now my partner is actually several partners but really the group has given all rights to invest to one person and that is the one I will be dealing with.

Glad I was able to find a group of individuals such as the ones that post on this forum!!

If there a "Legal Aid" non-profit group in your area maybe you could contact them for free help or contact a lawyer.In my State, I believe I could evict for illegal activity because my lease says that I can.One of the problems with illegal drugs is that the landlord could lose his property if someone is dealing there which is unfair, in my opinion, to the landlord.
