Here is a food for thought. 2 years 5 Properties 7 Years all paid off or you can do 2-10-7 or 2-25-7 the formula works the same way.

They will stand up to abuse better.Consider one with a food disposer built-in if this is a good quality rental.Stainless steel tub if available in the price range you want to stay in.My latest dishwasher for a rental was around $400 for a class B rental.
