There were several offers on the first day this house was on the market and the seller took mine, but I'm not confident that they will make concessions.

However this number is dependent on you area, in mine its about 12$/hour.

Mine was a duplex for 168K in Virginia Beach, 3b/2b each side.

As a colleague of mine told me it would only be possible to get that type of financing again if it "clear" I was moving to the newly purchased property and I had a renter lined up for my current home.

(mine included) It is always best to go to the state you wish to work in and read the statues yourself and then talk to proper counsel as needed.

@kyle k……there is a mold removal product that will remove the mold without tear out of the drywall…….its called Gold Morr and is only available through certified applicators.

For example, both mine and my husband's FICO is around 590 due to old collection accounts (5+ years old, most due to come off our report within 2 years) but all of our current accounts are 100% paid on time.
