Hello All,
I'm sort of new to BP but have been listening to the podcast for 4/5 months now. I stumbled across BP through a podcast while searching for no money down investing. So far the plethra amount of information has been amazing and very educational.
I currently rent, but I am seeking to purchase my first primary residence sometime this year. I am have a great deal of interest and fascination in investing into real estate, and I am hoping to pull a trigger on my first very soon.

@Marcin Jurkun Welcome Marcin - I myself am a newbie in Chicago and just closed on my first house. I totally understand about pulling that trigger - you want to do it but just not sure when the time is right or the deal is right. But as a lot of people here will tell you, until you actually do it, you will just keep wondering. There's definitely a LOT of information here and the people are great and very helpful. Good luck to you
