The language there looks like it might be a diy effort.

A little slower process especially having a full-time job but least I'm making the effort. 

I would continue to put effort into knowing the area you plan on moving back to in CT, studying rents, values, what local BPers are talking about, etc.

The broker wants to be paid for the efforts, if they can't trust themselves to see a good loan I don't think you should trust them either, that's what it boils down to, do they know what they are doing or do they just shot gun it out to see what sticks.

I actually want to move into commercial real estate at some point but that would definitely require full time effort as well as a whole different midset.Yes home prices are on the higher end here but you can find more reasonably priced investment properties for the buy and hold investor.

Sorry to say, it difficult to do it today, without a lot of effort and risk to do so.

If there were a problem with taking a picture of a house from a public street and posting it on the Internet, then Google Street View would be in a lot of trouble.I'm guessing that the agent doesn't want to be bothered showing the house but put the sign there to appear to be making an effort.
