More than month later July 2016 1st lien mortgage holder (bank) starts foreclosure proceedings on the owner and Plaintiff failed to perform due diligence in completing a gap title search, thereby failing to name new party to this proceeding, with the Lis Pendens being recorded on July 22, 2016.If the "Final Judgment of Foreclosure" is vacated do I get paid/ reimbursed for repairs done on the home?
