Any local Event in the Poconos area For Real estate Investing?

Otherwise, go to every meetup and event you can to build a list. 

To be clear, a recession could occur, home prices could fall, cap rates could increase (and multi-family prices fall), banks could tighten lending standards, etc, but right now, market participants are making rational decisions based on the information they have and cash flow can service debt without relying on rent appreciation.

@Ron Singh that is the beauty of the cash-out refi, it is a NON-taxable event.

I’ll try to keep this short and simple I’m 21 I have no credit so I’m working at the moment to repair it while saving money recently I had to switch jobs I was selling life insurance and now I work with a radiology group I’ve only been at this job a couple months and it just occurred to me that I need 2 years of proof employment it was only a couple of months between jobs does my 2 year “clock” restart?

We will always have tenants for our single family homes, short of a black swan type event (and at that point I don't think I care).
