I have designed (and am waiting for my business cards to arrive), I received my postcards for my direct mailing campaign and am sending (at least a 300 of them) out tomorrow.

I've read through all of the posts and have a  have a few of questions:  I've seen one custodian have fees greater than $100 to apply, load and pay an annual fee for a debit card?  

I leave a card and rarely hear back from them.

All of those gurus are out there, they give you hope that you will achieve your dream, and are very willing to take your credit card, check, first born, etc.

Get to the next meeting, bring a pen and business cards if you have them.

Luckily someone else did it before I did and was nicely escorted out of the ballroom.Here is my main beef.  

But, the poker player is thinking that a 70% chance of winning is damn good (especially over the long-run), and they don't consider it gambling.Then there are people who are willing to take that further...They say, "I'm a good blackjack card counter. 

I was sued by a junk debt buyer who bought a credit card debt from 5 1/2 years earlier, BUT I ALREADY paid that debt off through a consolidation agency that has since gone out of business.  

You don't want to be paying for unexpected repairs (whether for your car, or the house) with credit cards, if at all possible.Student loans are the freaking devil.  

We remember them with gift certificates at Christmas to thank them for always being there for us.We also remembered our tenants at Christmas with greeting cards and mugs, one of the small touches we’re trying to set our company apart from other landlords our residents may have experienced.
