I do really enjoy the hospitality aspect of STR and I do interior design for work, so the thought of furnishing for use buy others is enjoyable to me....What would you do in the current climate?!

I want to enjoy my side gig not feel it is a grind like my day job.

When I spoke to the manager of the new World Equestrian Center, they are filling their RV spots and people are looking for STR's and the hotel is also filling up - they are building a larger hotel at their recently purchased Ocala Jockey Club. 

Short-term rental properties can also provide the owner with enjoyment and revenue!

If it's one of your first investments and you have the time to manage it I would definitely suggest managing from a distance to start and if you end up needing help or not enjoying the work you can take on a property manager at that point.

Does anyone know of any DSCR Lenders that will work with an equestrian property in WA state?

I've really enjoyed learning about real estate over the years and cant wait to jump into it more!

I had also listened to a lot of Podcasts before getting on here and I can say that if you enjoyed learning from them, you'll enjoy learning on here.

Like any job, if you don't enjoy it, you won't like doing it.

I really enjoy my job but it is extremely demanding and leaves little room for much else.
