Syndication Vs Self managed real estate
Hi,
I have nearly $1M invested in syndication deals in both multi-family and commercial real estate. The historical results have been good. And they have good returns for my current investments. I have a full time job that keeps me very busy.
My question is should I continue to do syndications or whether there’s a good reason to go into self managed real estate.
Thanks!
Deepak

Depends on your goals. Do you want to actively manage the properties? Then put money into self managed. Do you want to keep making great returns with minimal effort on your end? Then stay passive.
