Generally speaking, nurses comment a LOT that they're getting scammed on Craigslist (and sometimes even on facebook) so you're going to want to know what NOT to do when you post your place.

I've been going at it for only two months now and have already encounter several CRM platforms, to include my broker provided.

It is possibly the best documented software I have ever encountered.

Most people dont know any better so they can scam those people.

You should find dozens of agreements online from a Google search that you can download.Copy and paste the parts that you like from each of them, then blend all the bits and pieces together, so they flow properly.Then take it to an experienced REAL ESTATE attorney to review for legal compliance and offer suggestions.Ongoing you can update as you encounter new issues you want to incorporate.

You are describing the classic Craigslist "house owned by someone else for rent" scam.

, so I feel like I can run through some different techniques and see what works without encountering a HUGE expense (if that makes sense).
