I watched a BP video where I believe Brandon talked about a discount on the Pro membership.

One dwelling is permitted for every 360 sq. ft. of lot area up to 1,440 sq. ft; then one dwelling for each additional 480 sq. ft. in excess of 1,440 sq. ft.

I take video of it  and send then a link to it once im done , I also give then my opinion on the neighborhood , maybe take video of it also , like if its near a church or a park or a school .. or if its near commercial property or a bad area ..
