But I'm afraid of too picky inspections and that I'll need to remove all walls, ceiling and floor (basement has kind of inside crawl space - elevated floors for plumbing I guess)I'll do some apparent work anyways: add vents for bathroom/dryer/microwave, insulate and enclose the furnace (at least from thr bedroom), check for gfci/arc breakers, may be put resilient channels and more drywall to reduce noises from main floor.. also - add heating.. etc.Does someone have experience permitting someone's work?

Walk through it & get a feel for the work needed, try your best to figure out if the heating needs to be replaced ($8,000), the roof needs to be replaced ($12,000 - $14,000), the electrical needs complete overhaul ($7,000 - $10,500), plumbing needs complete overhaul ($7,000 - $11,500).

I was wondering if any one had recommendations for plumbers, landscapers, cleaners, etc. our place needs a bit of work things such as changing out doors, adding plumbing vents and we’re having a hard time finding reliable people.

New everything - from plumbing, to electrical, to gutting all of the bathrooms and kitchen - it was done as if we would have moved in.
