Or maybe it goes and picks up groceries, dry cleaning, takes the dog to grooming, go to maintenance, picks up kids from school and takes them to soccer.I wonder what we do with all the garages at homes...that have 2-3 car garages?

Finding deals to wholesale or bird dog would be a great idea. 

Whether that means creating relationships with Realtors who can bring you pocket deals, direct marketing to mom and pop landlords or owners of distressed properties or finding a wholesaler to bird dog off market properties for you.
