Hello to all,                I'm new here so I apologize if this subject matter has been discussed.

Once I got serious and decided I was going to buy a property it took just over a month from the time I sat down with my business partner (he is an agent) to discuss criteria until we closed on our first property.

I get so jealous sometimes hearing the discussions of these 120k 3 bedrooms out in the rest of the country.

It would not be difficult to obtain a property with my financial situation.

From the ad these two were making almost double the rent each month.This was, of course, a violation of the lease which CLEARLY listed who could reside there.Initially Bill and I discussed filing for an eviction based on this violation.  

I tried a google search on this subject and there was a discussion about Rowhouses. 

For example, maybe I'd like to have a forum where I could invite heavy hitter wholesalers to discuss niche lists, marketing strategies, etc., but don't want every eyeball out there having access.
