Oh yes, we get a lot of sites masking behind different software for some reason, but you should be more concerned when their offer is just too good to be true.

If you can't live with them (or are concerned that tenants will keep you in hot water all the time) then don't buy. 

Going through all of this, I had to get an extension from HUD (no small feat) and  I thought I could use transactional funding to do an A-B, B-C (HUD to me: me to my LLC) and set it up using a proof of funds letter from iflip, and a letter from COGO (lender)I thought I had done a pretty good job of resolving everyone's concerns.  

I'm concerned that this will be a problem for my prospective buyers post-rehab when they try to obtain financing.

I have a house I'm looking to wholesale but I have a concern about the roof.It was replaced a couple of months ago and the seller thought that the roofers were pulling permits but I can't find any evidence of permits being pulled on my city website.The roof was a tear off and a secondary moisture barrier was installed underneath.

If it's not then I'd be concerned. 

Our lawyer is concerned the developer may turn out to be a shell corporation that they will close once the house is sold so we have no recourse against them if anything goes wrong.Is it common to require this clause in the contract?
