Back in 2019 I was asked to bring a training class on iBuyer programs and I refused.

Nothing really salvageable even if it wasn't a cook shop.  

Didn't happen to me, but I toured a home rehabbed by a colleague, who went to the same class I went to back in the day.He was 100% determined to save every single dime and did all the work himself (which is ok, if you know how to do it, and you pay yourself..) 

If it is worth it, are there any schools/ classes that anyone would recommend to obtain the license?  

One thing that is different than other markets is MF units are sprinkled throughout the city, and in all neighborhood classes.

I would probably be able to afford one single-family further east in a b-c class neighborhood.I appreciate your note about risk and diversifying my portfolio/holdings.

Hello,I am taking my pre licensing real estate class and we are on the topic of estate.

I also have had the opportunity to partake in college classes throughout high school so I will be close to graduating with an associates degree by the time that I graduate from high school.

I have owned multiple properties at one time and spent very little time as all the day to day can be delegated out.The key is to educate yourself on the business, the markets and the asset types and class.
