I do recognize there is great opportunity outside the east and west coasts which is why I have been reading up on long-distance investing and how to build that team.

Gardena is close enough to commute to El Segundo or silicon beach which should help draw in more young professionals.

Long-distance landlording of an accidental rental?

I am in the CT/NY area and would love to hear if anyone has used this strategy locally or long distance.

WIll there be a nationwide shift to small town america as social distancing and teleworking become the norm? 

Since D is already taken I go with E - on-campus housing will be reduced as students demand more physical space to be able to distance themselves.
