The plan that I have worked out for financing, etc requires me to leave my current position and start this RE venture full time, so there is some hesitation, but I think with my heavily researched plan of attack, I am becoming more comfortable and excited about the idea.

If you are going to answer guest inquiries, collect payment, maintain the calendar and generally 'manage' the property, but want a single point of contact to call for housekeeping & maintenance and for the guests to call in the event of a lockout -- keep looking for someone that is local to the property and that you feel comfortable with.
