Or maybe they stay and in the meantime, one of them (or their child) gets bitten by the dogs.Or, she can spend $50 for 35-40 blocks, pay a laborer $75 to bury them on that property line, and rectify the situation in half a day. 

I also look on Airbnb at properties that are fully booked and see what sort of rates they are getting (long term would be lower but you can weed out overpriced rental listings this way).You can also look at what an apartment is going for in the area and take an average... you can typically get a bit more for a single family home.In durham I would look at houses in American Village, Forest Hills, Woodcroft in that order if you want a sure bet. good luck!

I know the seller may think their 1 year lease option on their home will sell, but you don't know how qualified that buyer was, or how that deal was structured - and no matter how well you qualify (you can even make them sign a blood oath and give you their first born child as collateral), you're still looking at a 50-70% likelihood that the other buyer will actually buy their home - I don't like gambling on a 20-50% chance that I'll lose. 

The reason why I want to switch the house is because I live with my sister who is pregnant, she's gonna become a single mom with no job, both she and her child will be dependent on me.

I'm guessing and hoping ur not putting a public notice that u want to get rid of good American citizens that just happen to receive govt  assistance to pay rent to you??????
