I am certainly not an expert on this particular strategy, but I did a lot of research when considering my real estate options in South Florida in the past, and this was one of my favorite strategies.

You need to take on someone that is passionate about all or a part of your business and sees the opportunity to be an expert in one part of your company.

When we started, I presented her with a power point of exactly what I'm looking for and I have a Google spreadsheet of properties that I share with her because I'm that nerd.I have been pre-approved certified for a loan. 

Reach out to REDt and look at their LEED certified buildings.

You'll get plenty of expert feedback. 

And more contractors now have more availability to do them, whereas during the past 2 years, most contractors were just slammed with other work, but quite a bit of that other work is drying up and there are now more contractors doing rehab work, such as those with the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor.

Well...This is not some magic product or course or strategy...This is honestly and simply JUST pure logic, common sense and intelligence to  not follow the other 95% of people on BP that fail.Everyone has a big mouth claiming they are the expert and that what they do works..
